The course is aimed at professional Orthotists who are seeking to improve their knowledge about very detailed knowledge of how to address the needs of patients looking for a better cosmetic appearance with greater freedom of movement in the hip and optimized prosthetic control.

Online – activities on the platform: You can study at your own pace, while on-job. The fully equipped platform, including lessons, study notes, quizzes and assignments and many more, is at your disposal 24/7, as well as the weekly consultations with our expert lecturers.

Onsite – clinical workshop: The 6 days clinical workshop seminar will guide you through state-of-the-art practice  including patient screening, anamnesis and prescription process of the brace type/design during the first day, followed by casting and rectification techniques and the entire production process over 3 days, while the last day is dedicated to fitting, testing and outcome measures/analysis.

ONLINE SUPPORT & FOLLOW UP PERIOD – This is a three-month period through which participants are urged to fit at least one and up to three patients following the instructions during the attended workshop Participants can contact the trainers  for any questions or support. Participants are also required to prepare and submit online a PPT presentation on one case. Participants will then present their PPT live and discussionxs on their cases will be held among the trainers and other participants.
